Mini Valentine’s Day Shoot: Service-Based Business
Please read the following Terms and Conditions for the Mini Valentine's Day Shoot package:
- Payment: Photography Services will commence after receipt of payment. Once the services are provided, the payment(s) are non-refundable.
- Turnaround time: The final edited materials (photo images) are to be provided 5-7 business days after receipt of full payment and/or after completion of photo shoot, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Grants of Rights: The Client owns all the edited material created, including any copyrights, distribution rights, etc. However, the Client agrees that Jessica Alex Marketing, including its parent company, partners and/or contractors may use the edited photographs and any footage as evidence of their work/to be used for their portfolio(s).
- Studio space: The photo studio will be chosen by Jessica Alex Marketing & team.
